Batch Numbers & Expiry Dates in Orders

We support tracking of batch numbers (also called serial numbers) and expiry dates throughout your order lifecycle. This article explains how the feature works, what’s required, and where you’ll see the data.

What This Feature Enables

  • See which batch and expiry was shipped for each product
  • Export batch and expiry from your Order Lines Report and Packages Report
  • Enhance traceability for regulated or sensitive inventory (e.g. supplements, skincare, electronics)
