Welcome to our January 2026 Release Notes, where we highlight the latest updates designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflows.
Summary
Here’s a summary video walking you through our latest releases:
Virtual/Item Bundles
What Changed
Until now, all bundles worked the same way: when a bundle was added to an order, it automatically unpacked into the individual items inside it, and the bundle SKU was included only as a reference.
We've now added a new option called Item Bundles, which gives you more flexibility in how bundles appear in orders.

New: Item Bundles
Item Bundles include both:
- The bundle product itself
- All the items inside the bundle
This is helpful when the bundle is something you actually sell or ship as a real packaged product, even if the pieces come from different places.
When to Use Each Type
Virtual Bundles (what you used before)
- Only the inside items really matter
- Great when the warehouse doesn’t handle the items together
- Useful when one product needs to “turn into” multiple items
Item Bundles (new option)
- Shows the bundle itself and its items
- Great when you sell the bundle as an actual product
- Perfect for gift sets or limited offers
Why This Helps
- You can now choose how bundles should appear in orders
- Gives you more flexibility for promotions, packaging, and product setup
How do I create a virtual/item bundle?
- Log into the B360 portal.
- In the side navigation panel, select Products.
- Select the product bundles you want to update. If no bundles are selected, all bundles will be opened for editing.
- In the top navigation panel, select Update bundle products.
- The template for creating bundles is embedded directly within the B360 app. You will see an editable Google Sheet embedded in the interface.
- In the Bundle type field, specify the type. All items in a bundle must have the same bundle type.

Fulfilment tracking report
We’re happy to share a new addition to your Export options: the Fulfilment Tracking Export Report.
We designed this report to give you a clearer picture of your order movement. It brings all your key tracking data into one place, so you don't have to jump between different screens or courier websites to see what's happening with your shipments.
Why is this valuable?
This report gives you granular visibility into the journey of your orders. By seeing exactly when a package started moving and exactly what the courier is reporting, you can quickly spot orders that might be stalled or require attention.
Key Highlights
- Last Event Message: This is a key feature—it displays the exact tracking message we received from the courier. Whether it’s a specific delivery instruction, a delay reason, or a confirmation, you see the raw update exactly as the carrier reported it.
- Tracking Scan Dates: We have included both the First Tracking Scan Date and Last Tracking Scan Date. By looking at these, you can instantly confirm when an order entered the network and ensure it is still moving through the system.
- Event Status & Location: See the most recent status (e.g., In Transit, Exception) alongside the actual location of the package.
What else is included?
The report combines these tracking details with your standard order information:
- Order Details: Reference numbers, Store Name, and Status.
- Recipient Info: Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number.
- Timeline: Shipping Date, Estimated Delivery, and Actual Delivery Date.

Where to find it:
- Navigate to the Orders page and click Export
- choose your export option ( selected orders, current page, or all orders)
- under ‘Export As’ select Fulfilment tracking (.csv)
